give everyone a smile.
if u think i am always talking about my patient, my work of dentistry, my life in dental school. i am sorry but this is part of my life now. and i am loving it.
today was a happy day. a patient came in with broken incisors which were hit by a trolley. we made it a point to slot her in despite the heavy schedule to restore the teeth.
so happy i could giv her a happy smile when she walked out from the surgery. she even consent to my photo taking lol.
dr hopwood gav me a handshake saying he loved it. LOL. even if you don really mean it, thank you cos u made my day too sir!

vote for boyle.
this lady is so beautiful. this voice may not be the best voice. it may not be the perfect one. som people say if she does carry a more presentable look there wont be any contrast effect and she wont be so celebrated. people say she is overrated. people say she doesnt deserve to win. but her voice is so pure, it somhow shows her spirit, her simplicity, her passion. she just sings like because she wanna sing and nothing else. amanda said it was a privilege listening to susan's singing. i cant agree more. i have been replayin this clip on youtube endlessly a day before my exam. it is just so beautiful.
vote for susan. susan boyle.

Again.
i have to say-- this university, this dental school, realli never fails to give me all sorts of surprises.
the nurses, last week, just 3 weeks before the finals for the 5th year, cleared the labwork room! i guess they must have planned this a long time ago just to realli surprise us.
i wonder how many 5th year had their labwork thrown away by these helpful, intelligent and thoughtful nurses. i hope not many have the same fate as mine-- oh yea, they threw away mine. and nothing else, its the labwork for my best patient with the best attendance record, derek. and the nurses decided this pieces of hardwork should all just go into the bin simply bcos the boxes have not been stuck with the bloody green labels. and they are all gone. JUST LIKE THAT.
i suppose a email informing students about their master plan wouldnt cost a penny or lose a gram of calorie. but well.
many time i am speechless in this whole dentistry or rather, dental school thing. i realli am.
but there is pretty nothing much u can do about it except for getting realli pissed off. so i make up my mind i am not goin to kill my neurons with my heat of anger.
and for those who havnt put on the precious little green stickers. u realli donwan to risk it. go get as many as u want so that they will be running out of stock and the nurses may say ooo no stickers left all labwork will be safe. that may save the future dentists from mental collapse 3 weeks before their finals.
i am not 5th year. that is not even my first presentation case. but having your work discarded that way is not very pleasant.
i truly hope none of the final year is havin this problem. i hope all your work is safely waiting to go to the presentation. i hope you all will be fine.
